Disclosure Log

The disclosure log provides summary descriptions of the nature of information requested and released under the Code on Access to Information (“the Code”) by this Department. The disclosure log will be updated on a quarterly basis.

If any member of the public wishes to obtain any information listed in the disclosure log, an information request should be made to our Access to Information Officer. Such requests will be handled in accordance with the Code.

January to March 2021

April to June 2021

2021-2	(1) Establishment and strength of Assessor, Assistant Assessor and Assistant Taxation Officer as at 30 April 2021; (2) Number of Assessor, Assistant Assessor and Assistant Taxation Officer retired, resigned and transferred to other post during the period from 1 January 2020 to 30 April 2021; and (3) Number of total applicants and applicants with offers in respect of two recruitment exercises for Assistant Assessor (published on 15 November 2019) and Assistant Taxation Officer (published on 17 July 2020) respectively

2021-5	Statistics of the number of applications processed during the period from January 2011 to July 2021 for: (1) tax clearance of individual taxpayer about to leave Hong Kong; and (2) holdover of provisional tax of individual taxpayer
