Fourth Protocol on avoidance of double taxation arrangement between Mainland and Hong Kong in force

     The Fourth Protocol to the Comprehensive Arrangement for the Avoidance of Double Taxation between the Mainland and Hong Kong has entered into force, a government spokesman said today (March 2).

     The Fourth Protocol, which was signed in April last year, seeks to facilitate clearer implementation of the Arrangement. It came into force on December 29, 2015, after completion of ratification procedures on both sides.
