PRESS RELEASE

The Secretary for Financial Services and the Treasury, Professor K C Chan (second right), exchanges documents with the Belarusian Minister of Taxes and Duties, Mr Sergei Nalivaiko (second left), after signing the comprehensive agreement for the avoidance of double taxation today (January 16).
