The Office of the Government Chief Information Officer sets up the "iAM Smart" registration service counter on the second floor of the Guangzhou Municipal Government Service Center. Hong Kong citizens on the Mainland can register for or upgrade to "iAM Smart+" without the need to return to Hong Kong.
