Suspension of Filing of Profits Tax Return Related eTAX Online Services

The Department will launch the new version of electronic filing of Profits Tax return services on 1 April 2024.  To facilitate system update, the electronic filing services (including “Uploading of Data Files for Required Forms and Supporting Documents to Profits Tax Return” service, “Completion of Profits Tax Return” service and “Submission of Profits Tax Return” service) will be temporarily suspended from 17 March 2024 to 31 March 2024.  We apologize for any inconvenience caused.

The bulk issue of Profits Tax returns for the year of assessment 2023/24 will take place in April 2024.  Upon resumption of the electronic filing services on 1 April 2024, corporations and businesses are encouraged to file their Profits Tax returns for the years of assessment 2022/23 and 2023/24 through electronic filing services.
